FREE POSTAGE & PACKAGING WITHIN THE U.K. - THE PRICE THAT YOU SEE IS THE PRICE THAT YOU PAY.

We aim to despatch all orders received by midday on the same day. This is NOT guaranteed next day delivery. We have the right to remove this service at any point but the customer will be informed. Available Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays) Royal mail aim to deliver within 3 working days but please allow up to 10 working days. If your parcel is delayed or lost then a refund or replacement will be sent after this time. Guaranteed next day delivery is available on orders placed before midday. Deliveries to Europe:

Delivery costs to Europe & worldwide are calculated by weight at checkout. Costs as follows;                

Under 0.25kg  - £2.25 

0.25 to 0.50kg - £4.50

0.50 to 1.00kg - £5.50

1.00 to 2.00kg - £7.50 

Rest of world:

Under 0.25kg  - £3.50

0.25 to 0.50kg - £5.65

0.50 to 1.00kg - £9.95

1.00 to 2.00kg - £14.95   

Delivery schedule:

We aim to process & dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of when payment is received. Please allow 5 working days for clearance of cheques and bank transfers.

Royal mail aim to deliver within 3 working days. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Sugarcraft Creations reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Packaging:

At Sugarcraft Creations, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Terms and Conditions

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days in the original condition it was received in. Please ensure you use a trackable means of returns. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal mail/Parcel force, this can upto 15 working days but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
