Prestige Broad Curve Top Edger

The broad curve top edger creates a  sweeping curve to the top of the cake.  Use on the almond paste/marzipan to give a good foundation for the sugarpaste.  You may find that it is not necessary to re-use the BROAD CURVE on the sugarpaste, if your foundation is good, the sugarpaste will automatically follow the shape of the almond paste/marzipan.  A gentle polish with the super smoother and side edger may be all that is needed!
